A Bit About Therapy
My therapy sessions are designed to use various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, to dissect personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them navigate life obstacles. In the first session we will explore your goals, needs, and hopes for the therapeutic process and assess if our partnership feels like a match. I will also gather some background information on you and answer any questions you may have about me or my services. Throughout the therapeutic process, I will use effective psychotherapy methods along with your feedback to help move you through your healing process. Therapy is not a quick fix and change is something that happens over time by making small changes in behavior and improving ways to cope with a variety of negative feelings. My services are personalized to suit everyone’s needs, and I am committed to supporting my clients in any way I can.
